Material in a cone discharge conveyor tailpully caused the belt to stop, the plant operator radioed ee to check out the belt. He climbed up on the plant grabed the drive belts to turn the conveyor backword by hand to clean the tailpulley out. As he did the plant operator started the conveyor.His thumb went arond the Vee Belt Pulley severing the tip of his thumb.

EE WAS CUTTING A PIECE OF RUBBER WITH A RAZOR KNIFE. IT SLIPPED AND HE CUT HIS HAND.
LOADING ROCK CRUSHING EQUIPMENT ONTO FLAT DECK SEMI TRAILER. UNHOOKED CHAINS FROM LOAD--STEPPED AWAY AND STUMBLE ON LOOSE CHAIN ON DECK AND FELL FROM TRAILER. LANDED ON RIGHT SIDE OF BODY ON C RUSHED GRAVEL PIT FLOOR AND ROLLED TO A SITTING POSITION. BRUISED RIB CABE LEFT SIDE.
HE WAS HAMMERING ON A PIECE OF STEEL AND SOMETHING FLEW INTO HIS EYE.
