Employee was shoveling around a crusher feed belt, which was feed by another belt. He noticed some material had built up in the rock box and was spilling over onto the ground. As he attempted to clear the material with a shovel, he placed his hand on the rock box and was struck on the left hand index finger tip by a rock.
