EE WAS OPERATING A LOADER. TURNED TO LOOK BEHIND AND TWISTED HIS BACK. HE REPORTED THE PROBLEM TO HIS SUPERVISOR AND CONTINUED TO WORK UNTIL 10/12/98. HIS BACK WAS NOT GETTING BETTER SO HE WEN T TO SEE A DOCTOR.

BOOMTRUCK WAS BEING USED TO PUSH SHORT CONVEYOR IN PLACE. VICTIM WAS DIRECTING AND WS NEXT TO CONVEYOR. PULLED LEVER TO PULL BOOM BACK, SIDE PRESSURE ON BOOM CAUSED IT TO SWING OVER AND HIT VICTIM BREAKING RIB.
