EE WAS OBSERVING A CONVEYOR BEING SET UNDER WOBBLER ROCK CRUSHING EQUIPM WHEN HE PUT HIS HEAD BETWEEN THE TWO PIECES OF EQUIPMENT AS THEY WERE BEING MOVED TOGETHER. HE HAD BEEN CLEAR OF THE SI TE IMMEDICATLEY PRIOR TO THE PROCEDURE.
