While in the process of disconnecting drive shaft from motor mill when the shaft slipped and came down on the individual's left thumb causing a laceration. Miner was taken to Guttenberg Hospital where he received four stitches.

PLANT WAS NOT IN OPERATION AFTER CHANGING HAMMERS IN HAMMERMIL EE WAS SHUTTING DOOR THAT COVERS HAMMRS. HE HAD HIS HAND IN THE DOOR FRAME WHERE HE SAID HE SOULDNT HAVE PUT IT, WHEN THE DOOR SH UT IT PINCHED THE LITTLE FINGER ON HIS RIGHT HAND CAUSING A LACERATION THAT REQUIRED STITCHES
