Truck backed into the bin got loaded. Left the bin and the arm stuck back. So EE went over to look at why the arm was stuck. EE stood in front of the arm to look at situation. Co-worker yelled at EE to get out of there. EE turn to walk away and the arm dislodged on it's own, hitting EE in the back and throwing EE in the air.

Miner was removing damaged hood from haul truck. After removing pins from hinges, miner was removing tension rod with hammer when it came loose and sprang up and made contact with miner' s hand.
