EMP WAS LOADING SCREENS FROM TRAILER WHEN THE TRAILER DOLLIES FELL CAUSING THE SCREENS TO FALL ON THE EMP'S LEFT KNEE. DR REPORTED A CONTUSION AND HAIR LINE FRACTURE TO THE KNEE.

OPERATOR WAS PREPARING TO LOAD CUSTOMER TRUCK. LOADER BUMPED TRUCK, CUSTOMER WENT TO INVESTIGATE WHEN LOADER DID NOT MOVE AND FOUND OPERATOR SLUMPED DOWN IN LOADER. WHEN CUSTOMER SAW HE COULD NOT GET RESPONSE HE WENT TO SCALEHOUSE AND CALLED 911 AND HEADQUARTER IN MORAN 911 ARRIVED AND VICTIM WAS TAKEN TO MERCY HOSPITAL IN FORT SCOTT VICTIM WAS PRONOUNED DEAD AT HOSPTIAL.

EMPLOYEE WAS WORKING WITH ANOTHER EMPLOYEE ON AN OFF-THE-ROAD TRUCK. THEY WERE UNDER THE TRUCK TWISTING AROUND FOR A GOOD POSITION TO WORK ON THE VEHICLE AND EMPLOYEE STRAINED HIP MUSCLE.

TWO EMPL WERE REMOVING A SUCTION HOSE FROM A WATER PUMP WHEN THE HOSE BROKE LOOSE BOTH MEN FELL BACKWARD ONTO SOME ROCKS THE MAN WHO WAS HURT WAS UNDER THE OTHER MAN WHO REPORTED THAT HE WAS N OT HURT THE EMPL WHO WAS HUT COMPLAINED OF SOME BAC PAIN BUT IT WAS THOUGHT TO BE JUST BRUISES HE WENT TO THE DR ON THE 17TH AND THE DR IS GIVING HIM PAIN PILLS AND SOME THERAPY
