EMPLOYEE HAD HIS HAND RESTING ON AN ANGLE IRON BY CONVEYOR HOOPER WHEN PAYLOADER BUCKET CAME IN CONTACT WITH HIS LEFT HAND RESULTING IN CRUSHING LITTLE FINGER & RING FINGER ON SAME LEFT HAND D OC SUGGESTED REMOVING BOTH FINGERS DOC SAID DUE TO HIS AGE WOULD OF BETTER TO REMOVE FINGERS WHICH EMPLOYEE AGREED WITH
