EMPLOYEE WAS WORKING AROUND HEAD DRIVE, HANGING FENCE. HIS LIGHT CORD, SHIRT, AND WIRE FENCE BECAME ENTANGLED IN BELT ROLLER. THE WIRE FENCE STARTED TO SPIN AND CAUSED LACERATIONS TO LEFT FORE HEAD AND EAR AREA. SUTURING WAS DONE ON THIS AREA AT THE HOSPITAL.
EMPLOYEE WAS OPERATING A SCOOP. HE RAISED HIS LEG IN LOW TOP AND BRUISED LEFT KNEE.
