HYDRAULIC HOSE 6URST AND BROKE THE WINDSHIELD. GLASS & OIL CAME INTO THE CAB OF THE LOADER STRIKING OPERATOR IN FACE WITH GLASS & OIL. AT THE TIME OF INJURY WE FLUSHED EYE WITH EYE WAS & OFFER ED TO TAKE OPER5TOR TO HOSPITAL & HE THOUGHT EYE WAS JUST IRRIATED.
