Employee climbed a ladder to grease the chiv wheel of the tipple. When he was returning down the ladder he felt dizzy form the heat. 3 men assisted employee to return to the ground safely.
WEEKEND-MINE IDLE. ABOVE-AVERAGE RAINFALL (HURRICANE) CAUSED FLOODING. DEBRIS BLOCKED CULVERT UNDER THE ROAD, CAUSING MINE TO FLOOD.
