SLIPPED ON MUDDY LADDER & PULLED MUSCLES IN BACK.
HE WAS INSTALLING HEAD PULLEY WITH 980C LOADER WITH A BOOM. BOOM DROPPED AND HIT HIM ON TOP OF HIS HEAD. (WAS WEARING HARD HAT).
