El minero observaba el ajuste del conveyor. El conveyor estaba prendida y al acercarse al Wing polley se le enrredó la camisa ocasionando laseraciones en el brazo izq.,abdomen derecho y espalda baja. Witness pidió ayuda a supervisor y este lo llevo inmediatamente al hospital. Al minero le realizaron puntos de sutura y fue de alta el mismo dia.

The accident occurred on the conveyor belt that goes to the fine mill. The employee was cleaning the accumulated material on the magnet while the plant was out of service. Then the operator without noticing that the employee was still cleaning, turns the plant back on, this caused the employee to be trapped between the conveyor belt and the magneto.
