USING A ROOF BOLT TO LOOSEN MUD FROM THE TAIL PIECE OF THE BELT LINE. THE TAIL PIECE GRABBED THE ROOF BOLT CAUSING THE ROOF BOLT TO LACERATE THE LITTLE FINGER AND THE RING FINGER, OF LEFT HAND.
