AS HE WAS CLIMBING DOWN FROM THE CAB OF HIS TRUCK HE MISSED THE BOTTOM STEP AND STRUCK HIS LEFT KNEE ON STEP, LOST BALANCE, STUMBLED AND FELL LANDING ON HIS BACK.
