PARKER & SONS STONE, LLC · Struck by falling object

Employee was strapping load down to the truck and a large rock split in half and fell on the edge of the truck. They called for help and before the help arrived, the employee failed to clear the truck and the rock fell on the employees foot.

EE WAS LIFTING A STONE, HE TURNED IN AN INCORRECT MANNER CAUSING A PULLED MUSCLE IN HIS LOWER BACK. HE WENT TO A DR. & WAS RELEASED WITHIN 2 DAYS TO NORMAL DUTY.
