Employee was helping move a pump. He was hooking a cable attached to the pump to an excavator tooth. His left index finger was caught between the cable and the tooth when slack was taken up.

EE cut his left arm with a pocket knife, he was cutting off a piece of rope. holding the rope in his left hand and pulling the knife when the knife cut thru the rope. it slipped and cut his left arm.
