New hire mechanic was working on equipment at the Ragsdale location. While they were working, their peers recognized that they were not acting like themselves and recognized signs of heat stress. Employee left the site at 3:15PM. The following morning, they went to the doctor since they were not feeling well. At 4:00PM on 4/25/24 they were admitted for dehydration and heat stroke.

While reinstalling a head pulley after a bearing replacement, the miner was using a crow bar to loosen the motor adjusting nuts. EE felt a pop in the right shoulder.
Miner was drilling a hole in some metal when the drill bit caught the edge, causing the drill to twist resulting in a sprain of EE's wrist.
While shoveling by the mainline 2, the miner noticed a pain on EE's right side, 3 inches below EE's armpit.
Operator when entering a loader, pinched finger between the door and the door frame. Operator refused treatment on first day. Went in for treatment on 5/2/2023. Diagnosed with fracture of the fingertip.
Operator was attempting to remove a worn tooth from a payloader bucket using a hammer. A small section of the tooth chipped off striking their upper left arm causing a laceration.
