Employee was walking around booster pump house located near the refuse dump when he tripped over a heater stored behind the building. He received a laceration to his right knee requiring 7 stitches.

Employee was removing hardware from power pole that was laying on the ground. He was pulling old "buttground" off pole with his hands. His hands slipped causing him to lose his balance. He stepped back and stepped on a nail that was in a board that was hidden by mud.
Driver entered right hand turn on haulage road. Driver claimed the load shifted in his trailer and overturned the tractor & trailer. *Amendment: Per call, did not happen on Remington Prep Plant property. Not reportable to MSHA because it did not happen on any mine property.
EMPLOYEE WAS WALKING ON REF AREA WHEN HE FELL ON RIGHT ELBOW AND HAND. EE DID NOT NOTIFY EMPLOYER OF INJURY (REASON FOR LOST TIME) UNTIL 3-29-01, WHEN HIS WORKERS COMP CLAIM WAS RECEIVED.
