EE WAS HAMMERING ON LOADER BUCKET WITH A PIECK AXE TO REMOVE EXCESS MATERIAL. A 1/4INCH PIECE OF METAL BROKE OFF THE PICK AX. IT LACERATED AND BECAME LODGED IN EE S FOREHEAD.
