SOME TIME BETWEEN 12-23-95 AND 12-30-95 MINE WAS IDLE BETWEEN THESE DATES. FAILURE OF ROOF STRATE AT + LEAVE THE ANCHORGE. THESE FALLS ARE OCCURING WHERE LEALTY OLD PLAN HAD BEEN USED.
FAILURE OF ROOF STRATA AT AND ABOVE THE ANCHORAGE HORIZON. NEW ROOF PLAN IS IN AFFECT IN AREAS INBY THE FALL.
THERE IS A 8' TO 10' OF ROCK THAT IS MIXED IWTH COAL & SALT ROCK BETWEEN TEH POCA 4 & 5 SEAM. THE ROCK IS TO SOFT TO FORM.
ROCK IS SOFT--WE ARE HAVING A TOUGH TIME FORMING A BEAM. WE ARE USING 7'TAB NUT REED BAR WITH 2'PINNER SETTING RESIN.
WE ARE STILL LOOKING INTO WHAT MADE TOP FALL. WE BELEIVE AT THIS TIME IT WAS A NODETECTABLE SLIP. WE ARE USING A 7' TENSION BOLT AT THE MINE AND THEY SEEM TO BE DOING A GOOD JOB EXCEPT IN THIS INSTANCE.
