WE ARE STILL LOOKING INTO WHAT MADE TOP FALL. WE BELEIVE AT THIS TIME IT WAS A NODETECTABLE SLIP. WE ARE USING A 7' TENSION BOLT AT THE MINE AND THEY SEEM TO BE DOING A GOOD JOB EXCEPT IN THIS INSTANCE.
