EMPLOYEE STATED THAT HE WAS OPERATING A SHUTTLE CAR WHEN HE CAME OFF THE FEEDCER AND HIST A HOLE IN THE ROADWAY. THIS THREW HIM UP AGAINST THE CANOPY OF THE SHUTTLE CAR JAMMING HIS NECK.
