I WAS DIGGING O6T UNDERNEATH THE TAILPULLEY OF THE CONVEYOR UNDER THE #1 JAW WHEN A ROCK BOUNCED OFF THE SCREEN DECK ON THE JAW & HIT ME IN T HE BACK OF THE HEAD. INJURIES RECEIVED WERE AS FOLLOWS: SLIGH7 CONCUSSION FRACTURED SKULL HEMERAGE BETWEEN SKULL & MEMBRANE SURROUNDING BRAIN & PARTIAL HEARING LOSS IN LEFT EAR.
