THE EMPLOYEE WAS LIFTING A 50 LB BAG OFF THE CONVEYER BELT. AFTER ONE WEEK HE DECIDED IT WAS NOTGETTING BETTER AND REQUESTED MEDICAL TREATMENT. THE DOCTOR HAS HIM ON PHYSICAL THERAPY TREATMENT .

HE STOOD THE PALLET IN A LEANING POSITION AND WAS HOLDING THE BOARD WITH HIS LEFT HAND AND OPE RATING THE GUN WITH HIS RIGHT HAND. APPARENTLY HE MISSED THE BOARD AND CAUSED THE GUN TO DISCHARGE INTO HIS LEFT HAND. NORMAL PROCEDURE IS TO LAY THE PALLET DOWN FLAT AND LAY THE REPLACEMENT
