HE WAS STACKING LEDGE STONE INTO A PILE WHEN THE PERSON BEHIND- WHO WAS THROWING STONE INTO THE SAME PILE ACCIDENTALLY HIT HIM IN THE HEAD.

INDIVIDUAL WAS NAILING PALLETS TOGETHER AND WHILE MOVING FROM ONE SIDE TO THE OTHER, HE BUMPED HIS FOOT WITH THE NAIL GUN AND FIRED ONE NAIL IN HIS FOOT ALONG SIDE GRAZING THE FOOT.
