IN ENTERED THE CAB OF A CRAWLER DOZER AND EXTENDED MY LEFT ARM TO SHUT THE DOOR AND SOMETHING SNAPPED IN MY UPPER ARM.PULLED BICEP MUSCLE AND CAUSED BLEEDING UNDER THE SKIN.
