WHILE UNLOADING HIS SCRAPER, THE SCRAPER REAR END SLIDE DOWN A SMALL STOPE AND GENTLY STARTED TO TURN ON ITS SIDE WHICH WHIPPED THE FRONT END AROUND JARRING THE OPERATORS BACK. WET & MUDDY GRO UND CONDITIONS CONTRIBUTED TO THE ACCIDENT.
