A BARGE BROKE LOOSE DUE TO HIGH, SWIFT WATER. ROPES BELONGING TO THE BARGE COMPANY BROKE. OUR EMPLOYEE WAS ABLE TO SNAG THE BARGE WITH A ROPE OF OUR OWN. IN THE PROCESS OF SECURING THE ROPE, I T CAUGHT AND BROKE HIS THUMB.
