CUTTING A PIECE OF 10" SAND PIPE WITH TORCH PRIOR TO REMOVAL OF PIPE. CRANE WAS HOLDING PIPE TO ALLOW CUTTING OF BOTTOM. WHEN FINAL CUT WAS MADE, PIPE SWUNG UP AND HIT HIM IN THE FOREHEAD.
