When he got into the machine and closed the door, he caught his right hand finger and sustained a cut.

Ayudando al Soldador a soldar unos tubos los mismos se resbalaron cayendole en dos dedos de la mano izquierda. Helping to weld tubes with a soldering iron, the tubes slipped falling onto two fingers on his left hand.

Estaba limpiando bateria camion Euclid de espalda hacia la tumba del camion, resbalo cayendo de pie al piso y luego se desplomo al piso. Translation: He was cleaning the Euclid battery on his back towards the top of the R-35. He slipped feet down & then hit the floor.
El empleado alega dolor en la parte baja de la espalda e hinchazon en la rodilla derecha. Lo referimos al C. F. S. E. y acataremos la decision con su relacion al trabajo.

Ayudando a reparar una goma equipo Euclids, al safarse la herramienta choco con el cemento y la herramienta le dio en la cabeza. (Helping to repair equipment, his tool collided with the cement and hit him in the head).
Estaba mecanizando debajo de un equipo (louder) y al salir se dio un golpe con el equipo en la cabeza. (He was doing mechanical work under the equipment (loader) and when he was coming back up (leaving) he bumped his head on the equipment.)

Al estar mecanizando en el equipo pesado instalando una pieza pesada al moverse y desvalancearse la pieza le pincho dedo indice de la mano izquierda.
Al bajarse del equipo resbalo se quedo colgando del equipo, lastimandose la rodilla de la pierna izquierda y el pecho. (EE was getting off dozer - walking down dozer track - when his foot got caught and he slipped and fell against the dozer, injuring his left knee and his chest.)

EE WAS ATTEMPTING TO STRAIGHTEN OUT A CONVEYOR BELT ON ROLLERS WITH A PRY BAR. EE LOST HIS TEMPER AND STARTED HITTING THE CONVEYOR WITH THE PRY BAR. THE PRY BAR SLIPPED AND HIT HIS FACE. EE WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO RETURN TO WORK UNTIL RELEASED BY THE PUERTO RICAN COUNTERPART OF WORKERS' COMP. SAFETY TRAINING SESSION HELD FOR ALL EMPLOYEES (AND EE UPON HIS RETURN).

EE WAS WORKING IN THE SHOP FIXING THE MACHINE. WHILE IN CONTACT WITH CERTAIN CHEMICALS (GREASE ETC) HE FELT PRICKLY ALL OVER HIS BODY (MAINLY IN THE HANDS). LATER HE FELT BUMPS IN DIFFERENT PA RTS OF HIS BODY.
WHEN MOUNTING PINS TO THE LOADER, HE HIT HIS FINGER ON LEFT HAND WITH THE HAMMER.
OPERATING THE D8L WHEN REVERSING HE FELT A PAIN IN HIS BACK. HE FELT THE PAIN ALL THRU THE NIGHT.
WHILE INSTALLING SOME BALL BEARINGS WITH A HYDRAULIC CAT WHICH EXERTED PRESSURE TO A PIECE OF WOOD, IT SLIPPED AND FELL ON HIS LEFT FOOT.
