A supervisor cut a piece of metal with a torch. Another employee, while sliding the drop onto the trailer, came into contact with the hot metal and burned their right hand.

EE STARTED TO CLEAN UP THE PICKUP AND WASH IT. HE BEGAN CLEANING THE FLOOR MAT WHEN HIS SAFETY GLASSES FELL OFF. HE THEN LEFT HIS GLASSES OFF AND TOOK A RAG WITH STEAM CLEANING SOAP TO CLEAN T HE FLOOR MAT. WHEN HE WENT TO PUT THE RAG BACK IN THE BUCKET SOME SOAP SPLASHED AND GOT HI HIS EYE SINCE HE HAD TAKEN HIS SAFETY GLASSES OFF.
