USING GERMAN HOIST HANDLE CAME OFF (5' X 1 1/4" PIPE) AND END STRUCK INJURED IN FACE. INJURED RECEIVED BROKEN NOSE, FRACTURED FACIAL BONES. BELOW AND BESIDE RIGHT EYE, CUT UNDER RIGHT EYE RE QUIRING 6 STITCHES AND PULLED MUSCLE IN NECK.
