HE WAS TRYING TO REMOVE THE RADIATOR CAP OFF OF THE ENDLOADER. HE HAD CLIMBE DUP ON THE TIRE OF THE ENDLOADER. HE LOST HIS FOOTING AND FELL TO THE GROUND. WEATHER COULD OF BEEN A FACTOR SNO W& SLEET.
