APPARENT FAULT OR WEAK AREA IN HIGHWALL, ALLOWING HOLE TO BLOW OUT. INJURED EMPLOYEE HAS FRACTURED LEFT TIBIA, FIBULA, PATELLA AND FEMUR. THE RIGHT KNEE HAD FOREIGN BODY IN IT. INJURIES WERE C AUSED BY FLYING ROCK FROM THE SHOT.
