EMPLOYEE WERE WORKING ON THE WATER PUMP ON QUARRY FLOOR WHEN VICTIM WALKER OVER TO WALL WHERE WATER HOSE EXTENDED UP AND OVER WALL.NOT KNOWING HE WAS THERE THEY OVERTOP PUMP ONLY WATER WENT OV WALL IN HOSE IT LOSSEN A ROCK AT TOP OF WALL WHICH FELL HITTING VICTIM ON BACK AS HE WAS WALKING AWAY FROM WALL.
