Dredge Operator: EE came over CB Radio stating, "EE needed our help, something was wrong." I told our Loader Operators to stop what they're doing & go see what happened. Within 5-10 min. 1 of the Operators called offices saying, "Something's wrong with EE, get out here." EE was transported to hospital where it was confirmed EE had a stroke. EE passed away 9/15/19.
