February 20, 2014 NV · Metal/Non-Metal greaser, grease man, oiler, lube man, dragline oiler HANDLING OF MATERIALS
N.A. Degerstrom, Inc · Over-exertion (Not Elsewhere Classified)

The bulk grease tank could only be raised out of the containment approximately 1 foot due to configuration of the pump hoses and piping. Once at that height, the pump could be removed, allowing the grease tank to be removed from containment and clean-up to proceed. The employee bent over to remove pump and felt sharp pain in back.
