A 35-TON MOBILE CRANE CONTACTED HIGH-VOLTAGE POWER TRANSMISSION LINES WHILE MOVING AN EMPTY 5,000 GALLON WATER TANK. A MINER TENDING THE TAG-LINE RECEIVED SERIOUS ELECTRICAL BURNS AS A RESULT OF THE CONTACT.
