INJURED WAS TAKING WOOD COLLAR 6"X6"X12' UP #5 ENTRY HE WAS DRAGGING COLLAR INBY END OF COLLAR BECAME WEDGED ON UNEVEN MINE BOTTOM. INJURED JERKED ON COLLAR TO FREE IT WHICH CAUSED LEFT HAND T O BE CAUGHT BETWEEN COLLAR & MINE BOTTO WHICH RESULTED IN LACERATIONTO BOTH 4TH FINGER AND INDEX FINGER OF LEFT HAND. 4TH FINGER REQUIRED 4 SUTURES INDEX FINGER REQUIRED 2 SUTURES.
