ALLEGEDLY, INJURED WAS MOVING A 2" SUMP PUMP OUT OF THE #5 ENTRY (SCOOP) ROADWAY AND IN DOING SO HE ALLEGEDLY INJURED HIS LOWER BACK. INJURY WAS SAID TO BE A MILD STRAIN TO THE LOWER BACK MUSC LES.

INJURED JERKED ON COLLAR TO FREE IT WHICH CAUSED LEFT HAND T O BE CAUGHT BETWEEN COLLAR & MINE BOTTO WHICH RESULTED IN LACERATIONTO BOTH 4TH FINGER AND INDEX FINGER OF LEFT HAND. 4TH FINGER REQUIRED 4 SUTURES INDEX FINGER REQUIRED 2 SUTURES.
