I,NAME LOADED SUPPLIES INTO A RAILRUNNER AND STARTED TO TAKE THEM INSIDE. THE TRACK PASSES UNDER THE CONVEYOR BELT. HE WAS ON HIS KNEES IN THE INBY END. WHEN HE PASSED UNDER THE BELT HE WAS NO T DOWN LOW ENOUGH. HIS BACK STRUCK THE BELT SUPPORT FRAME.
