He was tailing a guillotine with two men standing at the end splitting stone. A piece of stone from one of the two men broke off and hit him in the abdomen.

He was using a chisel to trim stone and a piece of the chisel flew off into his wrist. He had no pain when it happened so he didn't report it right away. It started hurting on 8/9/11 and he reported it then.
