A pipe fitting on a water tank came loose and hit employee on left knee cap.

EE WAS LIFTING A PIECE OF STONE FROM THE GROUND TO THE DUMPSTER AND FEL6T PAIN IN LOWER BACK WHILE DOING SO.

EE WAS LIFTING A PIECE OF STONE ON TO A PALLET.

EMPLOYEE WAS LIFTING A PIECE OF STONE WITH ANOTHER EMPLOYEE. THE STONE SLIPPED DOWN AND PINCHED EMPLOYEE'S FINGER.

INJURED EE WAS PICKING UP A PIECE OF STONE WITH ANOTHER EE AND THE STONE SLIPPED OUT OF THE OTHER EE'S HANDS CAUSING THE STONE TO FALL AND CUT THE INJURED EE'S LEFT MIDDLE FINGER.
