EE STATED THAT WHILE CLEANING CLAY MUD FROM THE ROCK CHUTE ON THE PLANT WITH A SCRAPER HE WAS USING BECAME IMBEDDED IN THE CLAY WHILE HE WAS INTENDED TO PULL THE SCRAPER FROM THE CLAY. THE WOO DEN HANDLE STRUCK THE EE IN THE MOUTH.
