THE MACHINE WAS TURNED OFF FOR REPAIR OF THE CONVEYOR BELT. THE REPAIRS WERE CONSUNMATED AND THE MACHINE TURNED BACK ON THE OPERATOR OPENED THE GUARD STUCK HIS HAND IN UNDER THE BELT. HIS HA ND WAS CAUGHT BY THE BELT. THE INJURY CONSISTED OF TWO ABRASIONS AND A BROKEN ARM.
