A HYDRAULIC HOSE BURST FROM THE REAR RIPPER JACK, KNOCKING OUT THE REAR GLASS PANEL OF HIS DOZER. HE WAS BACKING UP LOOKING TO HIS RIGHT SIDE AT THIS TIME, CAUSING BROKEN GLASS TO ENTER HIS RI GHT SHOULDER AND HYDRAULIC FLUID IN HIS RIGHT EYE.
