EMPLOYEE WAS ATTEMPTING TO REMOVE A FUSE DISCONNECT AND TOUCHED AN ENERGIZED PART OF DISCONNECT CAUSING A FLASH FIRE BALL. EE WAS USING A FUSE PULLER AND HE DIDN'T COME IN CONTACT WITH THE ELECTRICITY, HOWEVER HEAT FROM FIRE BALL BURNED HIS HAND. 2ND DEGREE THE SIZE OF A QUARTER.
