EE cutting metal, as slag fell on top of the R/foot & burned thru boot leather onto foot, reported injury, declined med atten. On 5/29 emp requested to see Dr. due to foot not healing as expected. Occ Med noted infection and presc rx w/follow-up at wound clinic on 5/30/19. Returned to work no restrictions currently.
