EMPLOYEE WAS ROLLING AN 1800 X 25 LOADER TIRE WITH ANOTHER EMPLOYEE TO THE LOADER BUCKET. WHILE THE EMPLOYEES WERE ROLLING THE TIRE IT HIT STONE, TILTED AND BEGAN TO FALL. AS TIRE WAS FALLING I NAME TRIED TO CATCH IT AND ALSO ATTEMPTED TO MOVE CLEAR OF IT, BUT WAS UNABLE TO THE TIRE FELL ON HIS RIGHT LEG BREAKING IT IN TWO PLACES.
