NAME MOVED THE SCAFFOLDING PLANT TIPPED & I.NAME FELL IN TRYING TO CATCH HIMSELF HIS FINGER WAS PINCHED IN THE DRIVE BELTS CONVEYOR WAS TURNED OFF & POWER LOCKED OUT
