He was jarred in the cab of the trackhoe while digging out rock.
Loading anfo into truck one of the other employees stumbled while handing EE a 50lb bag of anfo dropping it down to EE. EE caught it with his left arm aggravating his left shoulder.
Loading the anfo from the magazine into the shot truck, the bag slipped out of co-worker's hands coming down on EE's left arm.
