PUTTING AN OLD DRILL STEEL ON THE DRILL. STRIKER BAR WAS BENT CAUSING STEEL TO JUMP UP AND DOWN. JAGGED END OF STEEL CAUGHT INSULATED COVERALLS AT ABOUT WAIST HIGH, TWISTING THEM ONTO THE BIT AND THROWING VICTIM OVER THE BEAM.
